Dedalo AI, a young and innovative startup focused on measuring the environmental impact of software emissions, is seeking a talented Full-Stack Web Engineer to join our team.
As a Full-Stack Web Engineer at Dedalo AI, you'll have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge web application that measures the environmental impact of software emissions on user devices. You'll collaborate with our product and design teams to build a user-friendly, responsive, and scalable web application that provides valuable insights to our clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a responsive and user-friendly web application using modern web development technologies.
Collaborate with our product and design teams to implement new features and improvements to the web application.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices and coding standards.
Optimize the web application for speed, performance, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of the web application.
Contribute to the development of backend services and APIs to support the web application.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in full-stack web development using modern web technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, Python).
Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. Symfony, Flask, Ruby on Rails).
Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database design principles.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g. Docker).
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Knowledge of software emissions, environmental impact, or sustainability is a plus.
